Optimized Air Website Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the website located at https://optimizedairflow.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
  • “Optimized Air,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Optimized Air, a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service provider based in Round Lake Park, Illinois, serving Lake County, IL and surrounding communities.

2) About the Site and Services

  • Service areas listed on the Site (including Lake County, IL and neighboring communities) are general guidelines. Actual service availability is subject to scheduling, technician availability, and feasibility at the time of the request.

9) Third-Party Links

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.
  • Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ terms and policies.

10) No Warranties

  • The Site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Optimized Air disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimized Air and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions/limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages; to that extent, some limitations may not apply to you. In any event, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

  • You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Illinois for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
